- You have 30 days to return your items.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving your return.
- No restocking fees will be charged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Exchanges are accepted.

- Returns are only accepted with prior approval. Unauthorised returns will not be processed or refunded.
RETURN PROCEDURE
For any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
To initiate a return, please contact us first at: support@charles-harrington.com. We do not accept returns without prior approval. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive the return instructions and address.
Please ensure the items are securely packaged and shipped using a reliable carrier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No restocking fees will be applied.
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Not fully satisfied with an item and wish to exchange it? No problem.
Please contact us at support@charles-harrington.com, specifying the item(s) you would like to exchange and the reason. We will do our utmost to ensure your complete satisfaction.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, please email support@charles-harrington.com as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please take clear photographs and send them to support@charles-harrington.com, along with your order number.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
