Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you're not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please email us at support@charles-harrington.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
If your order cannot be cancelled, you can return it within 30 days of delivery under our 30-Day Return Guarantee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely in USD ($).
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). If you place your order before 3:00 PM (EST), it will be processed the same day.
Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday). You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package via the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If your estimated delivery window has passed, please allow an additional 3 business days. If your order still hasn't arrived after this period, contact us at support@charles-harrington.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
What is your 30-Day Return Guarantee?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.
To start a return, email us at support@charles-harrington.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note: we do not accept returns without prior approval — unauthorised returns will not be processed or refunded.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Are shipping costs refunded?
Refunds cover the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
I received a damaged or incorrect item. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please take photographs of the item and email them to support@charles-harrington.com along with your order number. In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement at no charge.
